How do minimum order quantities work?
We're all about making branded packaging accessible to every brand out there, big or small. That's why our minimum order quantities are refreshingly low. Check out individual product pages for the specifics – you'll be pleasantly surprised!
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We're flexible! AI, PDF, and EPS files up to 50MB are all welcome. Just make sure you stick to these formats when uploading your design.
Do you have templates for your products?
We do! Download all our templates from the Product Templates page here.
When will my new packaging arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on what you’re ordering. Check out the individual product pages for estimated lead times. While these are estimates, we always do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We can only give you a firm ETA once you approve your proofs with us.
Can I change my design after submitting my order?
Of course! You've got until you approve the final artwork proof to make changes. After that, we are unable to make any changes as your items will be sent to printing straight after approval.
